I’m Doucky a fitness and nutrition coach, recipe developer, and advocate for healthy habits. In my 20s, I battled a mysterious gastric illness that couldn’t be diagnosed, and after struggling for years, I turned my health around by eating real, whole foods. I lost 35 pounds using the BFF method, and that experience sparked my passion for wellness.

Now, I specialize in Habit Formation, helping women create sustainable, healthy habits that become a way of life. I don’t believe in restrictive diets. Instead, I teach my clients how to practice portion control and nourish their bodies with nutritious, family-friendly recipes. My goal is to help women in their 40s feel confident, sexy, and empowered in their bodies.

My dream is to teach women over 40 how to use nutrition to shape their households, breaking free from diet culture and setting the next generation up for a healthier, happier life.
